Budget responsible for – Forklifts, Chep pallets, Pallet Jacks, Petty Cash, Warehouse Racks, Weighbridge
P&L responsibility – Stock Controlling, Raw Material issued to production, receiving and dispatching.
Qualifications – Post Grad. Diploma: Supply Chain Management (NQF8) & Management Development Program
Achievements / Projects – New stocktake policies and KPI’S. This has reduced a lot of variances the company encountered before, and they are now able to run stock taking at ease and posting good results. Plant employee of the month several times which resulted to a nomination for group overall employee of the year. PIPO (phase in phase out) of promotional product. Making sure that all raw material and packaging for promotional products are depleted accordingly vs promotion duration. Less waste on raw material left during manufacturing of promotional products.
