Achievements / Projects –Global Sea & Airfreight RFQ – Savings of MEUR 18 (10%) globally. Multiple improvement projects – consolidation of loads FCL / LCL. Transportation cost savings – MZAR 3 saved in financial year. Warehouse improvements – MZAR 3 saved over 3-year period. Reduction of damaged and blocked stock – MZAR 1. Reduction of OSMI stock – MZAR 2. Implementation of a portal for live track & trace solution for customers. Implementation of “sign-on-glass” PODs for customers. Various digitalization projects e.g., MSDS availability on Tablets etc. Regional & ZA SAP WMS implementation.
Expat promotion & relocation to Netherlands for over 5 years – wanting to return to SA.
