Every once in a while, you come across a professional who reminds you that business, at its core, is still about people. You rarely meet professionals who bring humanity back into recruitment, people who see you, not just your résumé, not just your title, but you. For me, that person is Lisa Baker. I’m proud to share the impact she had on my journey. ✨

Lisa, Co-founder and Director of ERS Recruitment, played an instrumental role in helping me secure my role as Territory Development Manager at Monster Energy, but her impact went far beyond that. She didn’t just manage a recruitment process; she led me through a journey of clarity, confidence, and purpose.

From our very first conversation, Lisa stood out as someone who blends knowledge with empathy, precision with patience, and professionalism with genuine care. She coached, guided, and mentored me every step of the way, always communicating, always reassuring, always present. In a world where silence from recruiters has become the norm, Lisa’s consistency and transparency were nothing short of refreshing.

What truly sets Lisa apart is her respect for people. She treats every candidate like a partner, not a project. She listens deeply, understands the person behind the résumé, and takes pride in seeing others succeed. After more than a decade in sales and leadership, I can confidently say that Lisa represents the gold standard of recruitment. 🤝

Lisa doesn’t just place people in roles, she changes careers, builds confidence, and restores faith in the process. Her professionalism, heart, and integrity make her an absolute asset to anyone fortunate enough to work with her.

I’m deeply grateful for her guidance and proud to have crossed paths with someone who does her work not only with excellence, but with heart.
