CAREER ACCOMPLISHMENTS: 

Assisted in preventing NPL delays: sourced and developed a local supplier in Mozambique to produce a sample-dispensing vending machine during limited contact periods of Covid-19 lockdowns. 

Research and insights: negotiated 2020 rates for 2021 in 9 of 11 markets resulting in a $96 000 category saving 

Activations: activations rate card negotiated and implemented in numerous markets to reduce reaction time to competitor initiatives 

Part of team involved with local influencer-led mobile launches 

Introduced and developed new suppliers with production substrates that match & highlighted NPL hardware and aesthetics (Golden thread from global messaging to BTL to physical sale product) 

Initiated and part managed full-service supplier tender and onboarding process 

Trained department Graduate into Merchandising Assistant position (she is now Junior Merchandising Manager) 

Significantly reduced the number of planogram variation while staying within budget each quarter 

Set up and maintained account management and reporting tools and processes 

Initiated and fostered relationships with all involved in distribution channel to increase timeous deliveries

Tasked with managing 2 more accounts within 6 months of role

Suggested, initiated and was extensively involved in the development and implementation of a new CI as there was no consistency in the physical expression of the brand
