Has experience in a role where he reports directly to the Depot Manager and has direct reports including Drivers, Driver Assistants, a Banking Clerk, an Admin Clerk, and Fridge Marshals, with indirect reports including Cleaners. Works with internal and external stakeholders such as shops, hospitals, and companies, in the direct sales channel within the dairy category, with regional geographic responsibility. Responsible for procurement spend, budget / P&L, and is part of the leadership team. Key deliverables include dispatch management, stock record maintenance, data accuracy, stock variance reporting, route planning for 15 vehicles, managing staff, overseeing vehicle maintenance, and handling customer queries. Experienced in starting a new depot from the ground up, growing it to a significant size with 40 employees.
