Indirect Reports – 24x loaders/pickers and 10 casuals
Internal & External Stakeholders – Finance, Transport and Sales departments. External are 11 depots as outbound warehouses.

Achievements / Projects – Worked on reduction of damages & stock shrinkages – Outcome: Results have seen despatch reducing damages and stock losses by 85% a week. Stock bin allocations, redo warehouse layouts, configuring the flow/racking and drive areas in the warehouse – Outcome: Easy access to stock, reduced picking time and improved turnaround times.
