Achievements / Projects – Quality improvement for fragile distributed goods. Implemented process at quality to ensure that the company stops losing money due to damaged goods in transit as a result of fragile goods not having a quality check process. This has significantly decreased complaints and returns from stores who receive damaged product.  Developing tracking tools.  Lead cost saving initiatives.
