I’m looking for a commercially sharp, innovation-driven professional for a leading Consumer Healthcare/FMCG business that is serious about growth, product innovation and building brands consumers actually want.
You’ll be driving new product development from idea to shelf.
From market trends and consumer insights, through feasibility, suppliers, packaging, regulatory, launch and post-launch performance.

You’ll work across multiple teams including Marketing, Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain and Sales, so this role needs someone who can influence, collaborate and keep momentum moving in a fast-paced environment.
What I’m looking for:
- B.Pharm qualification with SAPC registration
- Experience within FMCG, consumer healthcare, complementary medicines and/or personal care
- Strong product development and launch experience
- Commercially minded with solid business acumen
- Someone highly organised, proactive and execution focused
- A natural relationship builder who can manage suppliers, manufacturers and internal stakeholders with confidence
